Dev update · The new website is live
A lot has landed since the last update. Some of it is live today, some of it has passed testing on our test world and is on its way. Here's where things stand.
Live now
Tested on our test world, coming to the live server
- Clean restarts. The server now stops and starts cleanly, saving players and Grand Exchange offers along the way.
- Dying takes you home, even from deep in the Wilderness.
- Alpha sign-up through Discord, tested from start to finish: you get the role, pick a name, receive a temporary password and choose your own on first login. One account per tester.
- A full day of testing. We found bugs and fixed them: the bot responds reliably to roles and private messages, the password window can be brought back, and logging out always works.

We're finishing the World 18 client. The first testers will hear from us here on Discord. The alpha hasn't started yet.
